Call For Papers
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our immense pleasure and honor to invite you to the 9th Chinese Conference on Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision (PRCV 2026), Harbin, August 22-25, 2026.
PRCV is the top academic event in the field of pattern recognition and computer vision in China, and is also widely recognized by the international academic community, with an official classification of CCF-C by the China Computer Federation. PRCV 2026 is organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the Chinese Computer Federation (CCF), the Chinese Association for Automation (CAA), and the Chinese Society for Image and Graphics (CSIG), and is hosted by Harbin Engineering University, supported by Harbin University of Science and Technology and Heilongjiang University.
PRCV 2026 aims to bring together researchers and professionals from both academia and industry in the fields of pattern recognition and computer vision, to exchange the recent advances in theoretical research and technological advancements. The conference will also invite dozens of top experts in the field to join the event. A number of international speakers and IEEE Fellows will deliver keynote speeches and invited presentations, providing insights into the latest developments in the field. More than 100 national-level talents and enterprise experts will participate in the special sessions, cutting-edge technology discussions, and tutorials, covering academic frontiers, industrial applications, and technological innovation. Woman Scientist Session, the presentation and release of achievements, the PhD session and other diverse activities will provide a vast space for global scholars to showcase their outstanding achievements and gather new ideas and methods.
We call for high-quality paper submissions for PRVC 2026. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference, and the proceedings will be published by Springer and indexed by EI and ISTP.
