The 51st IEEE International Conference on Computers, Software, and Applications (COMPSAC 2027) will be held in Tokyo, Japan on July 13-16, 2027. The conference theme is Trusted Agentic Ecosystems Engineering for Autonomous Intelligence. COMPSAC 2027 will focus on research and development of Trusted Agentic Ecosystems and related computing technologies for their eventual integration into all aspects of society. COMPSAC 2027 will bring together researchers, developers, practitioners, and policymakers worldwide to discuss the latest advances in their fields and their challenges. The rapid evolution of agentic computing is driving a structural transformation in how complex software systems are specified, composed, and validated. As we shift from reactive computing models to proactive, autonomous ecosystems, we unlock unprecedented opportunities—but also face critical challenges in trust, reliability, security, and human alignment. Autonomous agents—endowed with goal-directed policies, adaptive reasoning, and decentralized coordination capabilities—are increasingly embedded within heterogeneous, multi-layered execution environments and computational substrates. These span cloud infrastructures, edge clusters, personal devices, and safety-critical cyber-physical systems. A primary frontier for these ecosystems is Digital Health, where autonomous agents can revolutionize personalized medicine, remote patient monitoring, and clinical decision support through secure and reliable intelligence. This paradigm shift demands a fundamental re-architecture of modern software, requiring rigorous advances in formal foundations, engineering methodologies, and assurance mechanisms to guarantee trustworthy, modern software systems. This conference invites researchers, practitioners, and visionaries to share their insights, innovations, and experiences in developing and deploying intelligent trusted systems that address real-world challenges. Emerging technologies such as quantum computing and blockchain will also be highlighted, as they hold the potential to unlock new frontiers in computing and engineering by enabling more powerful simulations, secure data sharing, and resilient systems.
