Against the backdrop of rapid digitalization spurred by recent global challenges, which have created vast opportunities for initiatives capable of harnessing the potential of data and technology to drive sustainable solutions, we are delighted to announce the 4th International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing - ICARC 2024. The conference is scheduled to take place on the 23rd and 24th of February 2023, under the theme "Smart and Innovative Trends in Next Generation Computing Technologies."

ICARC 2024 will be hosted at the Faculty of Computing, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and will be conducted as a hybrid event. It will feature keynote and plenary speeches delivered by eminent scholars and industry experts, oral presentations, pre-conference workshops, and tutorials, as well as public discussions, offering abundant opportunities for discourse and knowledge dissemination across a wide spectrum of computing disciplines.
