Call For Papers
MILCOM 2021 solicits technical papers and proposals for tutorials and panels on current and emerging topics applicable to all facets of military communications. We encourage professionals in industry, academia, and government worldwide to contribute and participate. The general forum will be open to all and accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. There will also be a Restricted Access Program to support Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) materials and a Classified Program.

Unclassified Technical Program

The unclassified technical program provides a venue for papers and presentations that do not include ITAR-sensitive, CUI, classified, or proprietary information. EDAS will be used for all unclassified submissions. The following five tracks and three special sessions have been established to submit papers. Contributions are welcome on (but not limited to) academic, operational, conceptual, and any other aspects of current or anticipated military communications, information management, cyber security, Command and Control, systems and systems of systems, and other current and related topics. MILCOM 2021 welcomes submissions from researchers, inventors, and technology leaders from government, military services, industries, research laboratories, and universities.
