IEEE HONET 2026 (International Conference on Smart Communities: Improving Quality of Life using AI, Robotics and IoT) is an academic conference held in Gazimagusa, Turkiye on 2026-12-01. The paper submission deadline is 2026-08-15. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-10-15.

The HONET conference has consistently fulfilled its core mission while also excelling in attracting high‑quality research papers from around the world. Over the years, the conference has firmly established itself as a leading international forum for research addressing both regional and global challenges in science and technology. The 23rd IEEE HONET 2026 will continue this tradition, emphasizing Research and Development as well as the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to advance the realization of Smart Cities.
