APWiMob 2016 is organized by the international organizing committee of APWiMob and is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society Chapter Indonesia, so that APWiMob has a strong foundation of bringing together industry and academia. This conference provides an international forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from various engineering fields and with cross-disciplinary interests in wireless communications and mobile technologies, networks, services, and applications to interact and disseminate information on the latest developments. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference. Accepted papers will be published in the APWiMob 2016 Conference Proceedings and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore after each paper is thoroughly reviewed and (if any) satisfactorily modified according to the reviewer comments. The 1st IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Wireless and Mobile 2014 (APWiMob 2014) has been held at Grand Inna Kuta Hotel, Bali, Indonesia. Proceedings of APWiMob 2014 has been published in IEEE Xplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=6913606). The 2nd IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Wireless and Mobile 2015 (APWiMob 2015) has been held at Trans luxury Hotel, Bandung, Indonesia. Proceedings of APWiMob 2015 has been published in IEEE Xplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=7369494). All papers will be peer reviewed. Paper length should be maximum seven pages including figures, tables, references, and appendices. Please use the standard IEEE conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word on A4 size pages found at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html or download it here. Paper submission process will be managed by using EDAS: http://edas.info/N21988 PUBLICATION Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted papers must register for the conference to be included in the program. Accepted papers will be published in the APWiMob 2016 Conference Proceedings and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. PUBLICATION POLICIES To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline. Authors are prohibited to submit similar paper to both ICCEREC 2016 and APWiMob 2016 and will cause rejection for the paper on both conferences. To be published in the APWiMob Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
