Aims & Scope

Peer Review under responsibility of Karabuk University

Engineering Science and Technology, an International Journal (JESTECH) (formerly Technology), a peer-reviewed monthly engineering journal, publishes both theoretical and experimental high quality papers of permanent interest, not previously published in journals, in the field of engineering and applied science which aims to promote the theory and practice of technology and engineering. In addition to peer-reviewed original research papers, the Editorial Board welcomes original research reports, state-of-the-art reviews and communications in the broadly defined field of engineering science and technology.

Special Issue on 20th Conference on Sustainable Development of Energy, Water and Environment Systems (SDEWES)

The upcoming SDEWES Conference in Dubrovnik will explore sustainable energy solutions by integrating systems across electricity, heating, cooling, transport, industry, and agriculture. Emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, it invites work that breaks sector boundaries and promotes synergy in resource use—transforming waste into value. Despite progress, key challenges remain in designing optimal, cost-effective energy systems. This Special Issue seeks innovative research on comprehensive, cross-sector energy pathways that support a sustainable, knowledge-based economy aligned with environmental, economic, and social goals.
