该会议被接受的文章将收录在会议论文集中，由IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS- ISSN: 1742-6596) 出版，并被 EI Compendex和Scopus等检索（JPCS出版和EI检索稳定）

IEEE IES的杰出讲师, 北卡罗来纳州立大学高级诊断、自动化和控制实验室的创始人和主任, 他最近的研究重点是协作式分布式控制和故障管理，应用于智能电网、PHEV、电池和机电一体化/机器人系统

Prof. Miguel Angel Sotelo (IEEE Fellow), 阿尔卡拉大学，西班牙
他的研究兴趣包括自动驾驶汽车、合作系统和交通技术。他是IEEE ITSS理事会和执行委员会的成员

Prof. Zhongsheng Hou (CAA Fellow, IEEE Fellow), 青岛大学，中国
侯教授是中国自动化学会数据驱动控制、学习和优化技术委员会的创始主任，也是中国自动化学会的会员, 目前是中国青岛大学科学与控制学院的讲座教授和负责人。

Prof. Tan, Ying, 北京大学，中国
他是Fireworks算法（FWA）的发明者, 他的研究兴趣包括计算智能、蜂群智能、机器学习和数据挖掘，以及信息安全应用。谭博士在Morgan Kaufmann (Elsevier), Springer, Wiley & IEEE, CRC Press/Taylor & Francis, IGI Global和Science Press分别出版了6本专著，发表了260多篇研究论文，其中大部分发表在顶级期刊和会议上

Assist. Prof. Huamin Li, 布法罗大学，美国
他的专长是探索纳米级二维材料及其在下一代纳米电子的应用。他是IEEE Access, Nano Express和Materials Research Letters的副编辑。
