IEEE CCNC 2018 is organized with the objective of bringing together researchers, professionals, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of consumer technologies. 

Workshop Proposals: Due 1 May 2017
Proposals are sought on any topic related to all areas of consumer communications and networking. The ideal workshop proposal should focus on a specific area of significant current interest, and be able to attract a number of high-quality submissions. Proposals on emerging or disruptive topics guaranteed to generate significant interest in the community will be selected.

Technical Papers: Due 1 July 2017
Submissions are welcomed in the following areas in consumer communications networking.
- Networking Solutions for Games, Multimedia, Social Good, and P2P Applications
- Cloud Services and Networking
- Wireless Communications: MAC and Cross-Layer Design
- Wireless Communications: Fundamentals and PHY
- Mobile and Wireless Networks
- Sensing, Smart Spaces and IoT: Applications and QoE
- Security, Privacy and Content Protection
- Mobile and Wearable Devices, Services and Applications
- Vehicular Communications and Applications in Water, Land, and Sky
- Selected Topics in Consumer Communications and Networking

Tutorial Proposals: Due 31 July 2017
Proposals are sought that cover a wide range of topics and levels — ranging from fundamentals to the latest advances in hot topic areas. Topics include all areas related to consumer communications and networking.

Demonstration Proposals: Due 17 October 2017
Proposals are welcomed on emerging and innovative technologies that have potential commercial application from nascent and incubating companies. A technology prototype can range from a mockup using computers (instead of actual consumer devices) to a full-fledged collection of networked consumer devices.
